*** Week  15  –   Around One Cactus***

  • Today we learned about

  • Reading Street:
    • Students completed their Vocab Quiz for "Around One Cactus".
    • Most student did really well; the average grade was 93.
    • 6 students got 100; 4 students got 90s; 4 students got 80s.
    • Students started reading the new story "Around One Cactus" pages 516-523.
    • We talked about the types of questions that will be on the Vocab Quiz
  • The students were presented with Classcraft (www.classcraft.com).
  • Classcraft is a new, game-based approach to teaching. It’s designed to encourage participation, good behavior, and 21st-century skills like collaboration. Increasing your child’s engagement with their lessons. Everything they learn in class stays the same, but they get to have a little fun each day!
