  • Students finished the 1st Oral Exam today.

  • The students were presented with Classcraft (www.classcraft.com).
    • Classcraft is a new, game-based approach to teaching. 
    • It’s designed to encourage participation, good behavior, and 21st-century skills like collaboration. 
    • Increasing your child’s engagement with their lessons. 
    • Everything they learn in class stays the same, but they get to have a little fun each day!

The First Monthly Exams are upon us once again, below is the exam schedule and test scope.


Please remind your child to go over vocabulary and reading stories listed in the test scope.

- Listening Exam: Wed., March 13th, 2019

- Oral Exam: Friday, March 15th, 2019

- Written Exam: Wednesday March 20th, 2019

***LISTENING & READING EXAM:

- Vocabulary Focus: Week 1 ~ Week 4 (Communication Book)

- Reading Street Stories: The Man Who Invented Basketball (P.247-257); Hottest, Coldest (P.259-268)

- Listening Skills: Listen for words in a sentence; listen and identify pictures; listen & circle the correct word;
vocabulary words for Spellings of Irregular Plurals & r-controlled vowels

    ***WRITTEN EXAM:
